Project Overview

Being completed in two phases, this urban infill project is for a 121-lot residential townhouse development on a 9-acre site in the heart of Towson, Maryland. This total site development project construction areas being completed by Gray & Son include water and sewer, storm drains, grading, sediment control, paving and concrete (curbs, sidewalks and alleys), as well as three underground stormwater management facilities and one bio-retention stormwater management facility. Key challenges include phasing the access to the job site, working around and tying into existing utilities, and responding to an abnormally rainy season.
