Projected to be built over 15 years, this 600-acre site will include 1,340 residential units and 1.8 million square feet of office and retail space. Since 2003 Gray & Son has been a working team member with the client to keep pace with the brisk sales of this unique development. Scope of work throughout the campus:

• Super-span arch culvert
• Seven stormwater management ponds
• Triple metal elliptical arch culvert (two at 7x5 feet and one at 14x10 feet)
• Five roundabouts
• Sidewalks
• Imbricated rip-rap stream protection for forest conservation
