Project Overview: The existing shopping mall was demolished to retro fit a new shopping center. Along with the site work we completed two road widening's, one on MD 26 for SHA and one for Carroll County roads. This 27 acre site scope of work included 60,000 cubic yards of earth moving (cut/fill), 70,000 square yards of reclaim paving, 6,000 linear feet of storm drain, 3,800 linear feet of water, 1,800 linear feet of sewer and 65,000 square yards of asphalt paving. The work required to complete this total site package project included:
